This annual event is held the third weekend in October and offers fun for the whole family. Celebrate the fall colors and Dahlonega's 1828 discovery of gold. There will be many art and craft exhibitors gathered around the Public Square and Historic District. This fun annual event also includes a parade, children's activities, a fashion show, gold panning contest, wheelbarrow race, King and Queen Coronation, hog calling, buck dancing contest, gospel singing and other live entertainment, wrist wrestling and food!
